CNC Machining
Our CNC department runs 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis mills alongside precision lathes. Five-axis simultaneous machining allows us to produce complex geometries in a single setup, reducing cycle times and improving accuracy. Whether it's a one-off aerospace bracket or a 10,000-unit production run of aluminium housings, we deliver parts that meet print every time.

Injection Moulding
For high-volume production of plastic components, our injection moulding lines deliver consistent, repeatable parts at scale. We handle everything from mould design and tooling to production and finishing. With clamping forces ranging from 50 to 500 tonnes, we produce parts from micro-connectors to large enclosures in engineering-grade thermoplastics.
